Collective Vision

Our inspirational journey begins in the sky, with Te Rerenga ā Kuaka, where learners take flight with the kuaka (godwit), gaining a visionary, high-level perspective rooted in collective aspiration (kawa).

Course 3
Te Kauri Tūtahi
Collective Purpose

The trilogy concludes with Te Kauri Tūtahi, where learners return to the land, standing strong with the mighty kauri. This final course embodies grounded, purposeful leadership (kaupapa) — anchored in place, people, and long-term sustainability.

Our leadership courses are designed for those seeking to lead with spiritual connection (wairuatanga), collective values, and intergenerational purpose.  Here, leadership isn’t about individual success. It’s about serving whenua (land), whānau (family and teams), and community — with balance, vision, and responsibility.

Te Kawa o Ngā Atua

A Trilogy of Leadership

Te Kawa o Ngā Atua is a structured trilogy of leadership courses grounded in Māori Earth Knowledge.  Across three online courses, learners embark on a transformative journey through the interconnected realms of sky, sea, and land — each stage deepening understanding of leadership, responsibility, and connection.

What Sets Te Tau ā Rere Apart?

Te Tau ā Rere offers more than learning — it is an immersive journey where human transformation and ancestral wisdom converge.

Each course weaves a structured yet flexible pathway, grounded in Te Reo Māori me ōna Tikanga (the Māori language and its guiding principles), Pūrākau (storytelling), and Karakia (ceremonial recitations).

This is not a typical online course. It's a breath-taking exploration of meaning and discovery, where learners don’t just acquire knowledge — they embody Māori Earth Knowledge and apply it to contemporary challenges in leadership, innovation, and personal growth.

Te Tau ā Rere does not just teach — it awakens. It invites learners to reconnect with a deeper, more purposeful way of engaging with the world.

What You’ll Experience

Te Reo
Māori Language

Language is more than a tool — it is a vessel of worldview, wisdom, and wairua (spiritual essence).

In these courses, you’ll engage with Te Reo Māori me ōna Tikanga, deepening understanding by exploring concepts in the language through which they were first spoken into being.

Karakia
Māori Recitations

Karakia grounds learning in intention, respect, and spiritual alignment.

It opens a sacred space for knowledge to be received and embodied — offering a living link to ancestral guidance and spiritual clarity throughout your journey.

Pūrākau
Māori Story Telling

Through Pūrākau, knowledge becomes relational, place-based, and enduring.

These ancestral stories root the learning in lineage and legacy — carrying wisdom forward to bridge past, present, and future.

kōrero Tahi
conversations

Learning unfolds through Kōrero Tahi — collaborative dialogue and reflection.

These shared conversations nurture collective insight, encourage open exploration, and help deepen connection with the material, the whenua, and each other.
