5. Refunds
Refunds for courses purchased through Thinkific are subject to Thinkific’s refund conditions and timeframes:

6. Account Suspension (Thinkific)
If you breach the learner code of conduct (e.g., offensive content, disrespectful behaviour, misuse of materials), your Thinkific account may be suspended. Disputes regarding platform access must be handled through Thinkific support.
Te Ataakura Limited reserves the right to restrict future enrolment based on breaches of cultural protocols.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand as they relate to Te Ataakura Limited’s activities.
Any disputes relating to content access, cultural integrity, or promotional claims will be addressed via good-faith dialogue and, if unresolved, submitted to the New Zealand Dispute Resolution Centre.
